Lorne Hotel Up For Sale

Following a recent increase in pubs listed for sale, Victoria’s iconic Lorne Hotel on the Great Ocean Road is now on the market.

The hotel has 22 accommodation rooms with ensuites, a gaming room with 21 machines, TAB, bars, a dining area, function rooms, a bottleshop and rooftop beer garden with ocean views.

The prime land area is approximately 4810sq-m and there is approval for seven residences.

TJ Board and Sons is broking the sale by tender at their offices on July 9.
