Brown Brothers has launched a 'Mini' range of its Moscato and Cienna wines this Spring, creating new occasions for the winery's best sellers.

The 'Mini' selection includes 200ml Moscato and Moscato Rosa in the sparkling format along with 275ml Moscato and Cienna still wines, with the three moscato wines offering a modest 1.1 standard drinks per bottle.

Brown Brothers said the springtime launch of the wines is timed with the increase of festive celebrations.

"This convenient format is perfect for picnics, outdoor events and festivals, as well as a pre-dinner drink," it said.

"Brown Brothers has led the way in the fruity wine category for over a decade and this is an exciting step in introducing wine to new consumers and occasions," added executive director, Ross Brown.

Brown said Brown Brothers has always listened to the customer, "and this is a great example of this philosophy. Off the back of the success of our Moscato and Cienna 750ml, we saw the demand for this innovative fruity wine in smaller formats," he said.

Brown Brothers 'mini' range will be available to independent retailers from September 1st 2012. The recommended retail price is $19.90 for a 4-bottle fridge pack and $5.90 for a single bottle.
