Noble Spirits will launch the world’s first organically and ethically certified gin later this year in Australia. FAIR Juniper Gin is exclusively imported to Australia by Noble Spirits.

Grégoire Bertaud, the founder of FAIR Gin believes there is a strong market for premium organic alcohol in Australia stating: "There is a growing aspiration for Australian consumers to appreciate more genuine and higher quality alcoholic beverages and this is where we want to be positioned."

FAIR Gin is handcrafted and distilled in France. The premium gin is a combination of Central Asian organic produce infused with the local ingredients from the Cognac region. The botanicals include juniper berries, cardamom, coriander, calamus roots and Grains of Paradise.

Noble Spirits aims to "develop and distribute brands derived from ethically and sustainable products to ensure higher margins for farmers and local farming regions around the world".

In a statement the company said: "We deeply believe that every person in the world should be treated equally and receive fair wages for their work. We hope that one day all businesses will work ethically and sustainably."

FAIR Gin is the newest addition to Noble Spirits’ ethical premium range of beverages which includes FAIR Vodka, FAIR Rum, FAIR Café and FAIR Goji.
