A fundraising auction is starting this week to help Tony Keys, wine journalist and author of The Key Report, who is struggling with a serious medical condition.

It was hoped that Keys would get a lung transplant, however he has received the news that the transplant cannot be achieved and he is now in terminal decline. Unfortunately the ongoing medical treatment that Keys requires will put a significant strain on his finances and his family.

In an effort to help, Langton’s is holding a fundraising auction to help, with a number of wines and experiences donated by the industry to help Keys and his family.

In total more than 250 lots have been donated for the auction, which starts this Thursday, 8 June. There are no reserves and no buyers’ premium on the lots.

The auction opens on Thursday and will close at 9pm on Thursday, 15 June with full details available on the Langton’s website.
