Jim Beam bourbon has strengthened its commitment to live music and teamed up with the Hi-Fi to create a stand-alone bar dedicated to live music in Brisbane.

Called Vinyl, the bar is located within The Hi-Fi venue in Brisbane’s West End and will host live Australian and international bands.

“Jim Beam truly believes in Australia’s live music scene. Our partnership with The Hi-Fi and the recent launch of Vinyl is an opportunity for us to further support music acts and showcase music in unique venues,” said Beam Global sponsorship and events manager Kel Constantine.

The bar’s intimate space will give concert-goers the chance to meet the performing artists in VIP areas after each show. In addition, the bar will feature live video and audio feeds to the main venue, allowing other patrons the opportunity to see the shows, as well.

The bar’s development comes on the back of an existing relationship with its sister venue in Melbourne and forms part of a two-year ongoing partnership between Jim Beam and The Hi-Fi group.
