Canadian Club Brand Champion
We are looking for an individual with an appetite to build relationships in the bar industry in order to grow Canadian Club (CC) in the next 12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a bar/pub and is looking for their next challenge within this dynamic industry.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager at Beam Global in Sydney, you will work with Coca Cola Amatil (CCA)’s sales force to drive promotions both On and Of premise.
What will you do?

Identify key on premise venues and opportunities within for the brand building and promotions then develop & deliver 12 month programs for these venues

Evaluate, manage & deliver adhoc promotion & visibility initiatives requested by the Sales team or BEAM

Co-ordination of all aspects of staffed activity, in conjunction with BEAM Sponsorship & Events Coordinator

Provide group brand training where necessary (CCA and the trade), implementing initiatives designed to instil enthusiasm for the brands within the CCA team

Evaluation, management and co-ordination of State based events and sponsorship, manage the effective and efficient supply of POS and merchandise

Act as the liaison between the states and Beam
This is an entry level marketing/sales role and a great opportunity for a ‘brand focused’ graduate to take ownership and drive results for CC in the On and Off trade liquor environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have

Affinity with the CC brand
-
Experience working in the Liquor Industry (Bars, Pubs etc)

Strong relationship building skills, confident public speaker/presentation skills
-
Results orientated, organised, ability to provide reports in a effective & timely manner, ability to manage time and prioritise tasks

Negotiation skills, commercial acumen

Computing skills (Excel, word, PowerPoint etc), strong written and verbal skills
-
Emotional resilience, high energy & self motivated, creative flair
