One of Queensland’s iconic pubs, the Victory Hotel in Brisbane, is up for sale by the current owners, the Precision Group.

The venue is among the busiest hotels in Brisbane and is fully-leased until 2023 to Australia’s leading hotelier, Woolworths-backed Australian Hospitality and Liquor Group (ALH).

Enjoying a landmark corner position on one of Brisbane’s busiest intersections it has an abundance of foot traffic and local trade.

The Victory is one of the few pubs in the Brisbane CBD that still features an outdoor beer garden, which complements its dining area, large bar, pool and gaming rooms and nightclub.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Savills are jointly handling the sale, which is expected to attract strong national interest with a lack of quality Brisbane CBD investments currently on offer.

“The Victory has been a wonderful investment for us. However, the timing is now right for us to sell and concentrate on our core Brisbane CBD retail and commercial assets,” said Neil Proudlove, general manager of Precision Group.
