The first in a series of exclusive master class sessions hosted by Southtrade will be held today (October 27) in Kings Cross, Sydney.

Hosted by cocktail extraordinaire, Manuel Terron, the classes will be held nationally and are designed to better equip bartenders across the country with the knowledge necessary for the ever-growing drinks industry.

The first session, “The Green Hour – A Bohemian Experience” will cover Absinth(e) and will trace its journey through time, while demystifying some of the misconceptions about the fiery spirit.

“These sessions will generate greater understanding of our portfolio and I am looking forward to working with the teams in each state and rolling these out nationally,” Terron said.

Future sessions will cover spirit areas such as rum and tequila, with a focus on spirits from the Southtrade portfolio, such as Patron tequila and Pusser’s rum.
