Stars and industry representatives came together to celebrate another year of Australian film and TV production at the 2011 Jameson IF Awards on Wednesday.

Continuing its support of the film industry, Jameson became the official Naming Rights Partner for the 2011 Awards for the first time.

The brand also became the proud presenter of the Jameson Living Legend IF Award, which was awarded to Margaret Pomeranz and David Stratton in recognition of their long standing support of Australian film and TV in their roles as presenters, writers and commentators.

The extended partnership also brought the Jameson brand to life via a special Jameson Bar that welcomed guests to the awards, and where specially created Jameson whiskey cocktails were served before proceedings got underway.

A dedicated and exclusive Jameson Lounge also featured at the after party which was held in the Crystal Palace Ballroom within the iconic Luna Park, immediately following the awards ceremony that took place in the adjacent Big Top.

With prime positioning on the ‘Green Carpet’ (pictured), Jameson’s very own Irish talent, Keith Flower, led a series of interviews with some of Australia’s leading film and television identities, including Dan Wylie, Martin Sacks, David Whenham, Matilda Brown, Richard Roxburgh, Susie Porter, Anna McGahan, Ronan Keating and the cast of Red Dog.
