Carlton Draught has given comedian Tim 'Rosso' Ross the keys to more than 30 pubs up and down the east coast, inviting him to step in and take control of the bar.

As 'The Publican', Rosso takes centre-stage at the featured pubs for one night to run things his way – from chewing the fat with the locals to delivering a dedicated new pub stand-up comedy show.

TheShout caught up with ‘Rosso’ as he took over the role of Publican at the Unity Hall Hotel in Balmain last week.

Rosso's ‘Publican’ tour continues throughout November and December.
