Gallagher Hotel Management director, Patrick Gallagher, has purchased St Patrick’s Tavern on King Street in Sydney for an undisclosed amount.

The venue will soon be rebranded as the new PJ Gallagher’s Irish Tavern, and joins the group, comprising of PJ Gallagher’s Drummoyne and Parramatta and the Union Hotel in North Sydney.

Gallagher said he was very excited about finally being in the city.

The venue will have a strong food focus with the menu to be created by group executive chef, Ronny Ghantous, and will feature PJ’s signature dishes, including lamb shanks and the steak and Guinness pie.

Gallagher Hotel Management also features security services and hotel management.
