Think Spirits has replaced Blue Sky Beverages as the exclusive Australian importer of the La Fee Absinthe range.
The La Fee Absinthe range includes NV Absinthe, a casual Absinthe ideal for today’s market that can be served straight, over ice or with a mixer; La Fee Parisienne, absinthe made from the authentic 19th century recipe and the first traditional Absinthe produced in France since the 1915 ban was lifted in 1988; and La Fee Bohemian, a modern Absinthe distilled south of Prague that is especially suited for use in cocktails due to its low anise content.
The La Fee range was identified as the best Absinthe in the world by the Beverage Tasting Institute of Chicago. La Fee Bohemian and La Fee Parisienne achieved 94 and 93 points out of 100 respectively, and were classified as ‘exceptional’ — the only Absinthe ever to have attained this accolade.
