Poland’s Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka recently launched a new premium look featuring a blade of bison grass in every bottle.

The tall, revamped bottle encases a unique blend of rye vodka and bison grass creating a light olive-colour vodka, with a herbaceous undercurrent.

Bison grass is found in the state-protected Bialowieza forest in northeast Poland with the aromatic plant eaten by the native Bison after which it is named.

Zubrowka Vodka is often mixed with apple juice and poured over ice, known as the ‘Tatanka’.
