Hospitality AI company Axify has appointed Paul Hadida as senior vice president, commercial strategy, as the business enters the next stage of global expansion and prepares for its next capital raise.

Hadida joins the female-founded and -led company following a decade-long career leading growth in the hospitality technology sector.

Most recently as managing director, APAC at SevenRooms, Hadida drove record regional revenue and enterprise partnerships.

Previously, as VP, APAC at Quandoo, he scaled the business from its first Australian hire to more than 2,500 venues, establishing Australia as the company’s top global growth markets.

His earlier career includes leadership roles with EatNow (acquired by Menulog/JustEat), Catch Group, and Scoopon.

Bianca Brady, co-founder and CEO of Axify, welcomed Hadida’s expertise and experience to the business, which is making strides in the hospitality AI sector.

“Paul’s proven ability to scale customer-first technology companies will accelerate our mission to make world-class AI accessible to every high-experience operator.

“Axify was born in Australia and is now globally leading in hospitality AI. We are solving one of the industry’s biggest challenges – talent shortages, missed revenue, and compromised guest experience from unanswered or mishandled guest interactions. Our team combines deep operational expertise with advanced data science to deliver leading AI solutions to hospitality operators,” she said.

At Axify, Hadida’s responsibility will be shaping and executing the company’s global commercial strategy, working closely with the leadership team of seasoned hospitality operators and data science professionals to sharpen go-to-market execution, deepen customer partnerships, and accelerate growth across Australia, the US, UK, and beyond.

Hadida expressed his excitement to join the team, noting he was drawn to Axify’s cutting-edge agentic capability – a multi-layered orchestration of AI agents designed specifically for high-experience venues.

“Axify isn’t just automating tasks – it’s redefining the guest experience. I’m thrilled to join a team that has a deep care for hospitality outcomes and is delivering human-level conversational performance at scale, helping operators capture more revenue, reduce costs, and most importantly, give their teams valuable time back to focus on service and guest experience,” said Hadida.

Axify currently powers guest interactions around the world and locally for leading operators including h.wood Group (Los Angeles), Long Meadow Ranch (Napa Valley), Riverland Group (Melbourne), and Momento Hospitality (Sydney).

The technology company has millions of guest interactions, high accuracy, and more than 25,000 reservations and $15m in direct reservation revenue recorded in the first half of 2025, establishing itself as a leader in hospitality AI.
