Study tour site visits will include:
Belvedere Hotel, Woody Point
In the middle of a major renovation, study tour attendees will get a sneak peek into the renovations occurring at this famed pub, with Lewis Land Group Queensland manager Chris Allison talking through the plans.
Brook Hotel, Mitchelton
ALH Hotels have just completed a $31m renovation on the Brook Hotel – the group’s single largest investment on a Queensland pub. Walk through the brand new, completely overhauled pub with senior ALH Hotels management.
Jubilee Hotel, Fortitude Valley
Built in 1887, the Jubilee Hotel recently underwent a massive redevelopment, creating a jaw-dropping juxtaposition between the heritage-listed front bar section of the venue, and the modern concrete and glass structure alfresco area at the back of the venue that has already garnered a reputation as the ideal spot for inner-city lunches and functions. Family-owned and operated by Tony Burnett Hotels, the Jubilee Hotel has just been awarded Best Redeveloped Hotel at the 2023 QHA Awards.
Additional registration to the study tour is required, with limited tickets available.
