Just a few tickets remain for the Restaurant Leaders Summit, which takes place this Monday (31st July) at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Randwick, NSW.
Over 250 hospitality professionals have signed up for the event, including senior management and chefs from companies such as Solotel, ALH and Rockpool Dining Group.
Among those speaking at the one-day conference, Jason Jelicich of Barmetrix explained he was looking forward to sharing tips on how to increase bar revenue in peak trading hours.
“At the Restaurant Leaders Summit I’ll be talking about how operators can smash their revenue ceiling,” he said. “I’ll share some simple and effective strategies you can implement immediately to make your business more profitable with little or no capital investment.”
Jelicich will join more than 30 speakers on Monday as they discuss recruitment, regional openings, diversification, innovation in marketing and much more.
Event founder and Hospitality magazine publisher Paul Wootton believes the quality of the speakers and range of practical business-building topics has been responsible for the large numbers of hospitality professionals registering from as far afield as Western Australia and even New Zealand.
“Ticket sales have gone a bit crazy in the last few days and we’ve even had sponsorship enquiries at this late stage,” he said. “There’s a real buzz around the event now that it’s nearly here. With the speakers we have lined up, I know delegates are in for a terrific day.”
