Momento Hospitality has announced the appointment of Luke Redington as group beverage manager, with Redington bringing more than 16 years of beverage and hospitality experience to the role.
Beginning his career in 2008, Redington has held roles in multiple countries, and worked alongside several celebrated members of the hospitality industry. In his previous roles, he has helped launch new venues, crafted global drinks strategies, and engaged in the production of spirits, wine, and beer. In addition, Redington is a WSET Spirits accredited trainer, evidencing his commitment to industry education.
Redington’s most recent role was with Sydney-based drinks agency Sweet&Chilli, where he was the consultancy director for the last three years.
Redington looks forward to sharing his passion and creative skills with the Momento Hospitality team in his new role.

As group beverage manager, Redington will oversee the beverage programs across the Momento Hospitality portfolio of venues, ensuring that each venue has a diverse and high-quality selection of beverages to appeal to a wide range of patrons. He will also play a significant role in enhancing the skillset of the Momento Hospitality team.

Luke Redington will be joining the Beverages panel at the Pub Leaders Summit, which will take place on 9-10 September.
