The 2017 Pub Leaders Summit will be held next Monday, 20 March at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney. Tickets are still selling to the event, for decision makers wanting to hear the latest strategies implemented in regards to F&B, marketing, live entertainment, compliance strategies and more.
Hoteliers from all over the country are attending, with representation from every state, and an almost even spread between regional and metropolitan publicans.
The day is sure to include many highlights, with a virtual reality demonstration on designing pubs from Cayas Architects; a discussion on the possibilities for pubs within regional areas; tasters from some of the country’s leading kitchen equipment suppliers; and discussions on the social media revolution;plus many more worthy discussions.
The day will be capped off with Antony Jones (Merivale), Dan Brady (Redcape), Grady Patching (Colonial Leisure Group) and Steve Howarth (Howarth and Associates) discussing the opportunities and challenges facing the industry in the next twelve months. This last session will be followed by networking drinks courtesy of CUB, giving hoteliers the opportunity to meet or reconnect with their peers.
