The Pub Leaders Summit Breakfast Masterclass, presented by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), will focus on beverage trends using it’s extensive data channels, as well as guide Masterclass attendees through how they can best use their own venue’s data to their advantage.
The Masterclass, titled ‘Market Insights and Business Intelligence’ will be presented by Tobias Hoogewerff, VP – Sales Licensed Australia for CCEP, with the 45-minute presentation to be broken up into three components.
The first section of the masterclass will be a market view on how beverage categories are performing. It will look at the trends and changes occurring in beverage categories, and what the key drivers for category performance are.
“As one of the larger beverage suppliers, we have a lot of data and a lot of insight in that area, so I believe that’s something that publicans will be genuinely interested in,” suggested Mitch Lenaghan, CCEP’s GM Field Sales Licensed Australia.
The second component of the presentation will look at how pub operators can utilise their own transaction data to produce insights to grow their business.
“CCEP is a huge believer in value creation and the power to unlock that value can sit in analysing your own point-of-sale data which can be leveraged to grow sales and to improve operational efficiency within your business,” explains Lenaghan.
“There are so many things that using data in your business can do. It can certainly validate what you already know, or more importantly it’ll help you understand trends and patterns that you were otherwise unaware of. We want to talk through that as a concept.”
Lastly, the presentation will talk through real-world examples – both within the industry and outside of it – of how CCEP has utilised customer transactional data and insights to drive tangible outcomes for its partners.
“We want to show pub operators the power and value that sits in their own businesses, and how they can best utilise that to grow their businesses further.”
The Breakfast Masterclass requires additional registration, and includes a hot breakfast. This session is available to on-premise venue operators only. Pub Leaders Summit attendees may also like to bring along bar managers, AVMs, functions managers, financial managers and other members of your team that may not be able to attend the entire day’s program.
