Hospitality technology provider Quantaco has announced the launch of its ‘Quantaco Platform’, a centralised system designed to simplify how hospitality businesses manage operations and analyse performance.

The platform was designed to address growing industry demand for integrated technology solutions that enhance workflow efficiency. It enables users to complete a variety of tasks such as approving invoices, managing cash, and accessing key business metrics in the one system.

Quantaco chief commercial officer Scott Barber, said that Quantaco Platform will help boost business performance, consolidating multiple tools through a secure and accessible system.

“The Quantaco Platform is a game changer for hospitality businesses. By integrating all our technology into a single platform, we’re empowering operators to work more efficiently and gain the insights they need to thrive in a competitive market. This platform represents a significant step in helping our clients achieve their goals with less hassle,” he said.

Key features of the platform include:

  • Single sign-on: Clients can log in with a dedicated username and password, gaining access to all authorised modules without juggling multiple credentials. This not only streamlines access but also enhances security and reliability through industry-standard compliance measures.
  • Integrated tools for venue management: The platform connects up to eight modules, including Cashup, Salesline, Star Compliance, and Q Insights, enabling smoother task execution and reducing operational complexity. For example, Cashup replaces outdated spreadsheets, capturing financial data across trading activities like POS and gaming while managing cash movements efficiently.
  • Data-driven insights: By aggregating data from various systems, the platform provides a comprehensive view of business performance. Operators can access snapshot reports on critical KPIs throughout the day, review detailed monthly P&L reports, and uncover insights that inform smarter decisions.
  • Flexible and accessible: The Quantaco Platform offers full compatibility with both mobile and desktop devices, allowing users to manage operations anytime, anywhere.
  • Seamless integration: Quantaco integrates with trusted technology partners, including Point of Sale, Time and Attendance, and Accounting solutions. These integrations streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across venues.

Barber told Australian Hotelier that publican and client feedback prompted the creation of this platform. With a rapidly shifting technological landscape in hospitality, Quantaco Platform will assist pub operations and help publicans manage multiple systems through one integrated platform.

“With an interconnected ecosystem of technology sitting behind the platform, we’re making it easier than ever for publicans to access business insights that come from multiple sources, so they can instantly see and take action to improve their performance.

“A great example is how we correlate time and attendance data alongside POS data to ensure staffing levels are aligned with revenue. One client has been able to save over $60,000 in wages over three months by having access to this insight,” he said.

“The technology landscape for hospitality is becoming increasingly complex with ‘point solutions’ being offered that may solve one specific challenge a venue may be facing. The issue here is that it’s another system to manage, update and at times may provide conflicting data from other systems already installed. We are helping solve that problem through an integrated platform with systems that talk to each other and that are managed by Quantaco, so we are freeing our clients up to do what they do best and that’s deliver excellent experiences in venue.”

In the upcoming Australian Hotelier 2025 Annual Industry Leaders Forum issue, Quantaco CEO Anthony Sullivan discusses how an “interconnected technological ecosystem” can benefit on-premise venues, as well as discussing the applications of AI that will revolutionise business analytics and make operations more efficient.

Keep an eye out for the Leaders Forum issue, which will be published in mid-February.
