Australian rising star Tim Tszyu will take on one of his toughest opponents in Japan’s Takeshi Inoue on Wednesday 17 November in what promises to be a major event on the boxing calendar.

Sydney-born Tszyu has conquered the Australian boxing scene and now has his sights set on taking over the world, so far boasting an impressive undefeated record with 19 wins – including against former world champion Jeff Horn – with 15 of these won via knockout.

On 17 November Tszyu will take on Inoue, the current holder of the WBO Asia Pacific Super Welterweight Title and the WBO Global Super Welterweight title. Inoue also has an impressive record with 17 wins – 10 via knockout.

The 10-round super welterweight bout between the pair has been described as a risky and dangerous fight for Tszyu. By taking on Inoue, he will be risking his #1 contender position in the super welterweight rankings.

The big event will take place on Wednesday 17 November, 7pm AEDT at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, and will be broadcast by Main Event, which is only available to venues through Foxtel. This will be an unmissable fight for Australian boxing fans so for those without access to Main Event at home, they’ll want to get out to their local to watch the bout.

If you are interested in showing Tszyu v Inoue in your venue call 1300 138 898 or email ppv.business@foxtel.com.au to book the event.

There’s a huge line-up of exciting pay-per-view events on offer in November, including two title fights in UFC 268 on Sunday 7 November; Saul “Canelo” Alvarez v Caleb Plant on Sunday 7 November for the WBA, WBC, WBO & IBF Super Middleweight Titles; and Terrence Crawford v Shawn Porter on Sunday 21 November for the WBO Welterweight Title.
