The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has launched its 2025-2026 Industry Education Survey and is calling on venue operators and frontline staff to take part.

The Commission said the short survey gives venue managers, compliance staff, and those responsible for staff training the chance to shape future education tools and priorities.

The VGCCC said: “We’d like to understand the types of guidance and education materials that would best support venue operators meet their regulatory obligations.

“Our objective is to deliver practical, plain-language education materials that address real-world challenges faced by venues.

“If you’re a frontline staff member, or you’d like to invite others at your venue to contribute, you’re welcome to forward this survey to them too.”

Feedback from the survey is anonymous, and the VGCCC said responses will help it to understand the actual experience of venue staff and operators and help create clearer and more practical guidance and support tools.
