Delegates at the LMG Members Conference 2025 have been enjoying the rich history and vibrant culture of Prague, before the program continues on to Munich and culminates at Oktoberfest.
Known as the ‘City of a Hundred Spires’, Prague offered members a fairytale backdrop with its cobbled Old Town Square and the imposing Prague Castle complex — the largest in the world. Delegates took part in a range of activities including guided tours of the castle, cycling excursions outside of the city, and a river cruise along the Vltava, which offered striking views of Prague’s gothic and baroque landmarks.
The Czech Republic is renowned for its beer culture, and conference attendees had the chance to sample world-famous local brews such as Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen and Budweiser Budvar. But Prague’s reputation goes beyond beer — absinthe has long been part of the city’s tradition, and the country also produces a growing range of wines, adding depth to the experience for delegates.
With the Prague leg of the conference drawing to a close, delegates will next travel to Munich for the final stage of the event, where the LMG program will wrap up with a visit to the world’s most iconic beer festival, Oktoberfest.
