Many whiskies take their flavour from just one cask, but Grant’s is matured in three different types of wood: Virgin Oak to provide spicy robustness, American Oak for subtle vanilla smoothness and Bourbon refill gives brown sugar sweetness, resulting in a smoother, richer, mellower taste.
