On Wednesday 14 August, IBA retailers and supplier partners came together to celebrate the stores and operators demonstrating retail excellence in the IBA Five Star Awards.
Closing the three-day 2024 IBA Trade Workshop, winners in each state were celebrated in state breakout sessions throughout the day, with national winners invited to the stage at the gala dinner later that evening.
Along with state and national certificates, one of the biggest celebrations of the evening was the induction of Scott Armstrong of Maeva Hospitality to the IBA Hall of Fame, recognising his long-standing contribution to both the on- and off-premise and his local community.
