Rekorderlig has revealed the latest flavour of cider to join its growing range.
Rekorderlig Passionfruit was launched globally this month via an online ‘Where’s Wally?’ style of competition that saw consumers use a specially created Facebook page to search the streets of Stockholm and uncover the latest release.
The first person to find the hidden bottle was rewarded with a case of Rekorderlig Passionfruit, making them among the first people in the world to taste the new flavour.
“We have such incredibly passionate consumers, we wanted to do something truly special for them on this launch,” said customer marketing manager, John Logue.
“We’re really excited to announce the global launch of our latest flavour here in Australia and are confident that the new Passionfruit will be hugely popular, cementing our role as the leading fruit cider brand.”
Rekorderlig is one of the most popular alcohol brands with a Facebook presence within Australia, counting over 220,000 consumers as ‘fans’.
The new flavour, which is a blend of pear cider and passionfruit, has an ABV of four per cent and is recommended to be served over ice with a wedge of lime.
Rekorderlig is currently available in eight flavours including Apple, Pear, Strawberry-Lime, Wild Berries, Apple & Blackcurrant, Mango & Raspberry, Orange-Ginger and the new Passionfruit.
Why can’t we get Pear in New Zealand? What a joke!!
