Following recent accolades, Bilpin Cider Co has announced plans for expansion that include significant investment and a “sustainable farm experience for consumers”.
Emerging from one of Australia’s premium apple-growing regions in 2011, Bilpin Cider has established a strong presence in New South Wales and expansion into Victoria.

“Our property is an old orchard, and we are currently working on planning approval to convert the apple packing shed into a restaurant.
“We are upgrading the farm and planting more apple trees. In the long run our vision is to provide a fully sustainable farm experience for consumers,” said Prendergast.
The restaurant will incorporate a ‘paddock-to-plate’ experience, with both meals and beverages produced on the property.
