A modern version of Victoria Bitter's rhyming television commercials will hit television screens this weekend.
The brand did away with the iconic commercials in 2004 and CUB admits that not everyone was happy with that decision.
CUB's Scott Tindall said: "It's been 11 years since Victoria Bitter last ran the commercials with this style and after listening long and hard to our loyal drinkers it became obvious we had something that was woven into the Australian consciousness.
"We thought the essence of the iconic Victoria Bitter message is just as relevant today as it always been."
The TV campaign which will run nationally and go to air during the NRL and AFL grand finals, was developed by Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.
