Silent Pool Gin, the UK’s best-selling super premium gin, is now available in Australia.
Hailing from Surrey Hills in the UK, Silent Pool is a sustainable distillery committed to producing handcrafted, artisan spirits using locally sourced ingredients and botanicals.
Silent Pool Gin is inspired by folklore surrounding a nearby fresh water source of the same name, and is produced using a unique four-stage distillation process that sees some 24 botanicals — from juniper, coriander and cardamom to chamomile, rose and elderflower — included in the recipe.
The result is a gin described as “full-bodied and fresh with clarity and depth of flavour” and “rich, and juniper driven, with floral layers of lavender and chamomile”. The addition of local honey results in a “velvety” and smooth finish.
Currently exported to more than 40 countries, Silent Pool Gin has also received accolades on the competition circuit, earning Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2020.
