Today (Feb 6) is the last chance to book into the WCA Sydney Royal Wine Show Trophy Winners Lunch, to be held at Sydney’s Star City next Friday (Feb 13).
The big day will see industry professionals and guests enjoy a four-course meal designed by Sean Connolly, matched with some of the award-winning wines from the Sydney Royal Wine Show.
International judge Barry Burton and chairman of judges Iain Riggs will share their thoughts on this year’s wine entries, while the Australian Wine Communicator Award and the Gourmet Traveller WINE New Wine Writer Award will also be presented on the day.
An exhibitor’s tasting is being held at the Showground from 8am until noon next Friday prior to the lunch, with a bus to take guests from Olympic Park straight to the lunch.
Drinks will follow the lunch on the rooftop at Star City’s Astral Bar.
