Diageo Australia has announced several changes to its executive leadership including new Commercial and Finance, and the creation of a new leadership role, with Jodi McLeod appointed as Head of Premix Growth.

The changes include the permanent appointment of Nicole Dennis as Commercial Director; Nicole has been in the Diageo business for 10 years and has held several key roles in the Australian commercial team across both on- and off-premise customer channels.

Dennis returned from secondment in South Korea and Japan three months ago and has been acting as Commercial Director in that time.

From September, current Diageo Australia Finance Director Mark Harvie will move to a new role in the Diageo business and returning to the role will be Lisa McElduff, who was previously in the Diageo Australia business in several finance roles between 2004 – 2020.

Diageo Australia also announced it was establishing two commercial excellence teams, one focused on bottled spirits and the other focused on the premix/RTD format.

This new team, Premix Growth, will be headed up by McLeod, an experienced marketer, who has overseen some of Diageo’s most iconic brands in her 10 years with Diageo, including Bundaberg Rum and Johnnie Walker.
