Bacardi-Martini Australia (BMA) has relocated to new offices in Sydney’s central business district, a move it says accelerates its commitment to the region and cements its position in the Australia-New Zealand market.

The new offices, which are located at 1 Market Street, Sydney, help BMA to build on its long-term vision to expand its market influence and create a dynamic environment for its team.

In addition BMA has a people-centric approach to its employees – affectionately known as ‘primos,’ meaning cousins in Spanish – which sees the company offer a robust suite of wellness and mental health benefits, including mindfulness training, workout programs, and confidential 24/7 emotional support.

BMA’s Managing Director, Luiz Schmidt, said: “Our new office embodies this spirit of family and growth.

“It’s more than just a strategic investment in our future – it’s a space where our primos can feel inspired and energised, helping us deliver on our promise of premium spirits to the territory while nurturing the next generation of leaders.”

BMA said the move to new offices also its deepening roots in Australia, where the company aims to not only lead the premium spirits market but also set new standards in workplace culture.

As part of its growth strategy, BMA is also implementing a range of policies to help foster a positive work environment, including a revamped and new introduced parental leave policy, designed to help employees achieve a healthier balance between their professional and personal lives.

Schmidt added: “We are proud of the progress we’ve made in fostering a work environment where diversity thrives and every employee feels valued.

“Our enhanced maternity and paternity leave policies are just one example of how we’re positioning Bacardi-Martini as an employer of choice, especially for top talent in the spirits sector.”

With an increasingly strong foothold across Australia and New Zealand and a commitment to sustainable growth, BMA says it is poised to lead the premium spirits market in ANZ, setting new standards in both product excellence and workplace culture.
