Bartenders from across Australia showcased their skills by creating a riff on a classic cocktail for Archie Rose’s White Cane Rum Riff Cocktail Competition. With more than 100 entries received, finalists have now been announced, and regional finals are already taking place around the country.
The competition was simple – create a riff on a classic cocktail using at least 30ml of Archie Rose White Cane, the newest addition to Archie Rose’s Fundamentals range, and have the cocktail listed in your venue.
Regional finals began with Sydney CBD finalists at Tucano’s on Sunday 11 May, and will continue to take place throughout May and June, with each regional winner walking away with a $500 cash prize.
Archie Rose invites hospitality professionals to head down to the regional finals to show your support for local bartenders, with a free White Cane drink on arrival. You can register your attendance here.
