The Wine Communicators of Australia (WCA) is hosting a US West Coast wine masterclass in Sydney this week, which promises an event packed with “thought-provoking insights, expert commentary, and plenty of palate excitement”.

The masterclass will be hosted by newly minted Master Sommelier Andrés Aragón – one of only 300 worldwide – and wine educator Markus Patz.

The WCA said: “This event will take you on a guided tasting of 11 top-tier, hand-selected wines that showcase the diversity, flair, and innovation of American winemaking along the Pacific coast.

“Expand your tasting horizons with this flavour-packed evening of learning, sharing, and spirited discussion.

“Whether you’re a wine trade professional, a seasoned enthusiast, or just curious to expand your tasting horizons, this masterclass promises to be a flavour-packed evening of learning, sharing, and spirited discussion.”

The event takes place at The Porter House Hotel in Sydney, on Thursday, 26 June at 6pm.

Full details on the event and how to book tickets are available through the Wine Communicators of Australia website.
