Better-for-you RTD brand Easy has added a new line to its portfolio, introducing Easy Vodka Iced Tea as a fizz-free alternative for consumers seeking flavourful, low sugar beverages.
Made with real brewed tea and zero carbonation, Easy Vodka Iced Tea delivers a refreshing alternative to traditional RTDs. Available in two flavours – juicy Peach and zesty Lemon – each 375ml can offers a balanced mix of vodka and bold iced tea.
With light sweetness, a crisp natural tea finish, and no sugar, carbs or gluten, the range speaks directly to consumers seeking better-for-you beverages, while the decision not to carbonate the drink is intended to offer standout differentiation in the booming RTD market.
Dan Clarke, Easy Seltzer Director, says the product takes inspiration from the American market, where alcoholic iced tea is already trending.
“The better-for-you category is what every product in the Easy portfolio stands for. Just like our Seltzer range, this product matches the no sugar, no carbs, gluten free, and is naturally flavoured and made with real black tea. This is what the consumer is after, and the no carbonation removes that bloating feeling making it a very sessionable product.
“Having no carbonation in it also makes it similar to a true iced tea experience, and makes it an Australian first product to market,” Clarke told The Shout.
Easy Vodka Iced Tea is set to launch in Australia ahead of summer alongside Easy’s existing seltzer portfolio, which includes Grape, Lemon Lime, Coconut, Passionfruit and Watermelon.
“At Easy we are big on keeping active with venues we partner with, whether that’s brand awareness through social media/website, taste testing, POS assets, we love to work personally with our venues and drive sales so both parties benefit,” Clarke added.
“With the expected national launch with ALM/Paramount at the start of November, we recommend venues reach out with an expression of interest as this will become the product of summer.”
