Vinarchy has officially taken over distribution of its portfolio of global wine brands acquired from Pernod Ricard, including Jacob’s Creek, Stoneleigh, Church Road and Campo Viejo.
The move marks a major milestone for the company since the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, which created one of the world’s largest dedicated wine businesses.
The transition follows the conclusion of a short distribution arrangement with Pernod Ricard. These brands can now be ordered directly through Vinarchy in both Australia and New Zealand, supported by dedicated local teams – including a newly formed New Zealand commercial team led by General Manager Kiri Hyde.
Vinarchy Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, Andrew Clarke, said the shift strengthens the company’s category leadership.
“This is a major milestone for Vinarchy, enabling us to work even more closely with our trade partners across our portfolio of incredible brands,” Clarke said.
“We are excited to be able to deliver an even stronger wine focus and offer for our customers and consumers and look forward to working together to grow the wine category.”
In New Zealand, Vinarchy will continue to partner with Hancocks to distribute legacy Accolade labels such as Grant Burge, Mud House and Jam Shed. Globally, Vinarchy has secured partnerships with leading local distributors to ensure continuity and brand growth.
Formed in May 2025, Vinarchy combines the portfolios of Accolade and Pernod Ricard in Australia, New Zealand and Spain, positioning it as a new powerhouse in international wine.
