Mark Brixton has been appointed as CEO of Quantaco with the company’s Founder Anthony Sullivan to assume the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to guide the strategic direction of the group.

Effective 7 October, Brixton will join Quantaco bringing his wealth of experience in scaling high-growth technology companies as well as leadership roles in sales, marketing, customer success, and business transformation.

Most recently Brixton served as Chief Growth Officer at software company Phocus, where he contributed to a 200 per cent increase in revenue through global sales of AI-enabled insights, planning, and reporting software.

Sullivan welcomed the appointment of Brixton as CEO, noting his valuable experiences.

“With over 200 team members worldwide and technology that continues to deliver measurable value to clients across Australia and New Zealand, it’s an exciting time to welcome Mark to our leadership team.

“He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding operational reach. I am confident his insights and leadership will help accelerate Quantaco’s growth trajectory,” said Sullivan

Speaking on his new role, Brixton praised the company’s growth to date and reflected on its future of innovation-led expansions.

“I’ve been closely observing Quantaco’s impressive growth over the past few years and am inspired by Anthony and the team’s innovative approach to developing technology-driven solutions for the hospitality sector.

“With advancements in AI and other emerging technologies, I believe Quantaco is well-positioned for continued expansion, and I look forward to contributing to its next chapter,” he said.

Founded by Sullivan in 2021 following the rebranding of PKF Hospitality, Quantaco has evolved into a key player in the hospitality technology industry, delivering a suite of solutions designed to enhance operations and create value for clients.

The company’s significant growth was further accelerated by the acquisition of CTB AND CO. in September 2024.

Sullivan’s diverse investment portfolio includes Munjarra Capital, a boutique wealth management firm he co-founded with Alex Pikoulas, as well as Quantaco Capital, Talent Formula, and a joint venture with Steadfast Group in Xenia Mutual.
