Teremana Tequila is bringing its message of gratitude and community spirit to Australia this October with Mana on the Road – a travelling activation designed to recognise everyday Australians who embody generosity, resilience and quiet strength.
Created by global entertainer and entrepreneur Dwayne Johnson, Teremana is built around the values of mana, which is a Polynesian and Melanesian concept representing dignity, respect and the power to uplift others. The Australian tour aims to share these values through local celebrations that highlight acts of kindness and community connection.
The Mana on the Road journey begins in Sydney, where the branded Teremana food truck, the Mana Mobile, will host open-air events featuring tacos, tequila and live music. The activation will then travel north to the Sunshine Coast and conclude at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves.
At each stop, the Mana Mobile will transform local venues into pop-up celebrations with tacos, margaritas and backyard-style gatherings designed to encourage connection and recognition. The initiative will also spotlight unsung local heroes who are individuals nominated by their communities, with 50 recipients to receive exclusive bottles of Teremana Añejo as part of the program.
Central to the activation is the Mana Mailbox, an interactive feature inviting guests to reflect and write a handwritten “I wanted to say thanks…” postcard to someone who brings positive energy to their lives. Once completed, the postcards will be mailed directly to the recipients, creating what Teremana describes as a living archive of gratitude stretching across Australia’s East Coast.
The tour will visit four key locations:
- Sydney – Thursday 9 October, Cruise Bar (5–8pm)
- Sydney – Friday 10 October, Gazeebo in Potts Point (5–8pm)
- Sunshine Coast – Saturday 11 October, Bluff Bar at Alex Surf Club (4–7pm)
- Brisbane – Sunday 12 October, Felons Brewing Co. at Howard Smith Wharves (3–9pm)
Each event will feature Teremana ambassadors, special guests and local partners who will help amplify the brand’s mission of celebrating gratitude and community.
Through Mana on the Road, Teremana aims to demonstrate that appreciation doesn’t need to come through grand gestures, and small acts, like sharing a meal, raising a glass or writing a note, can have a lasting impact. By taking this message across the East Coast, the brand hopes to inspire Australians to recognise those who make their communities stronger, proving that good mana starts in the places we share.
