The latest offering from the Keystone Hospitality group is set to open its doors next month.
Located in the heart of Kings Cross, The Sugar Mill proclaims it will change the local pub culture.
“The face of Kings Cross is slowly changing and so are customers’ hospitality expectations,” said Keystone Hospitality director, Fraser Short.
“No longer a grungy downtown part of Sydney, it is fast becoming the place to socialise, often likened to the meat-packing district of New York.”
Designed by award-winning architect David Hicks, whose work includes The Storrier Hotel and Mars Lounge in Sydney, The Sugar Mill will also feature a nightclub called Kit and Kaboodle, as well as a ‘gastropub’ menu available up until 5:00am.
Keystone Hospitality is the name behind some of Sydney’s most popular venues including Cargo Bar, Bungalow 8, The Fringe Bar and Gazebo Wine Garden.
