The Australian Hotels Association NSW has partnered with FCB Technology to provide a hospitality-specific employee management system – enableHR for AHA NSW.
AHA NSW CEO Paul Nicolaou said the new cloud-based tool would be accessible to members at all times through individual accounts.
“The hospitality industry is 24/7 – and so is enableHR for AHA NSW,” he said.
“The new system has been completely customised for AHA NSW Members with specific hospitality industry tools and guides.
“There are over 100 template letters, employment and contractor contracts, policies, workflows and guides included.
“This will allow hoteliers to immediately commence any employee action in a compliant and efficient way – from recruiting new employees to recording their training and qualifications and beyond – enableHR for AHA NSW supports hospitality employers at every stage of the employment life-cycle.”
Nicolaou said the product simplifies HR processes for both employers and employees.
“With enableHR for AHA NSW – each employee has their own online employment file and every piece of correspondence, meeting notes, shift notes etc in the one place,” he said.
“Having all that information readily to hand allows effective and efficient decisions regarding performance and behaviour at any time the employer needs to do so.”
Federal Minister for Employment the Hon. Senator Eric Abetz launched enableHR for AHA NSW last week at the association’s offices in Macquarie Street, Sydney.
During the launch, Senator Abetz congratulated the AHA for the partnership it had established with FCB and for being proactive in the area of human resources.
enableHR is already used by more than 7,000 businesses Australia-wide and is backed by specialist workplace relations law firm, FCB Workplace Law.
