Monarch Cider, the new premium strength alcoholic cider from Belgium’s most exclusive cider production house is now available in Australia.

At 7% alcohol by volume (ABV), Monarch is a boutique apple cider range produced from the fermentation of 100% juice of apples.  Only the finest bittersweet apples are handpicked from France and England’s most prestigious award-winning orchards and used to produce this exceptional apple cider range.

Unlike other mainstream ciders, the hand crafted Monarch Cider range is produced using an extended fermentation process that is carried out over a minimum of two weeks. This increased fermentation time contributes to a greater apple presence in the flavour profile of the product.

Monarch Cider is also triple filtered ensuring that the cider displays the utmost clean, crisp flavours and aromas consistent with only the best European ciders.

Packaged in a stylish, 330ml glass bottle complete with foil embellished labels and 330ml bottle 4-packs, Monarch Cider is available in three distinct varieties; Sweet, Dry and Draught, each offering a slightly sparkling, full flavoured taste with a sweet, dry or crisp finish.

“Cider is the fastest growing liquor category globally and we wanted to offer consumers not just another cider but one of superior quality” said Mark Iacovangelo, CEO of BDS Marketing, distributors of the Monarch Cider range.  “Many cider offerings today are full of added sweeteners where as the fresh crisp flavours and fruity aromas of Monarch come straight from the apple. Monarch is truly a premium offering for those who enjoy the finer things in life but still at a competitive price point”.

Held in the highest regard throughout Europe, the Monarch Cider production house was recently exclusively used to produce cider for the wedding of the future King of Belgium.

Available from all leading liquor outlets nationally, the Monarch Cider range retails for $3.99 per 330ml bottle and $13.99 per 4-pack.
