With ultimate responsibility for bringing together the various functions within the organization you will be charged with developing the road map and managing the team that will deliver commercial success across multiple drinks categories including, beer, cider, wine and spirits.
You will draw on your strong liquor industry experience to develop and action a strategic plan to establish us as a significant player within these categories. You will need to manage the relationship between operations and sales closely, ensuring that we optimize our production capacity. Using your understanding of logistics and sales you will also develop a distribution model that drives business efficiencies. In addition, you will utilize your experience to ensure the successful development and execution of targeted support programs and initiatives.
You will be measured on your ability to develop a thriving profitable business that will deliver an attractive ROI and have strong brands with a long term strategic future in the drinks industry, both in the On and Off Premise.
Commercially astute, an excellent negotiator and manager of people, your experience, motivation and energy will set a high standard throughout the business.
With a keen understanding of the liquor industry, your vision will ensure that our business stays ahead of the pack in the areas of new product development, customer relationship development and consumer engagement.
You will have significant sales experience within the drinks industry and preferably within brewing. Excellent strategic understanding of the on-premise business across Australia. Know how to pull together and manage the right people. A very good working understanding of a brewery and of the marketing function is highly desirable.
