The Aus Hotels Group in Brisbane, Queensland is seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to administer and oversee all aspects of the venues operations, sales and business administration.
Reporting directly to the proprietor, the position will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of employee training and service throughout the company and directly responsible for the management team and all assigned tasks.
KPI's include:
Maintaining and controlling all gross profit margins and all profitability across the venues.
Overseeing all operational, administrational and sales staff.
Responsibility for all aspects of the business' finances.
RMLV and Approved Managers License essential and any other industry related qualifications would be beneficial.
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
