The Role:
We're looking for an influencer with in depth on-premise and liquor experience to join our Sydney-based team as the Brand Ambassador. Responsible for building the Stolen brand locally, educating consumers and bartenders, networking and assisting in driving sales.
The role is initially part time, approx. 16hrs per week with view to extend and will be 80% in trade, 20% from our Surry Hills office.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
· Working with marketing team to establish a list of key venues and collaboratively build promotional/activity plans & build sustainable rapport
· Involvement in trade and consumer events
· Build brand awareness through sampling events (on & off premise)
· Seeking out new ranging/sampling/business opportunities
· Developing product training, educational programs and brand info
· Providing weekly reporting and analysis of results
· Partnering with distributor sales team to deliver on sales targets
· Assist with implementing Stolen's social strategy on premise
We're looking for someone with/who is:
· 3+ years experience in the alcohol industry, thorough understanding of spirits and (ideally) distilling processes. Rum knowledge is favourable
· Energetic, confident, engaging and passionate about liquor and the on-premise
· Strong industry connections and ability to build rapport
· Strong mixology skills and capable of developing bespoke cocktails
· Good organisational skills, computer skills, time management and planning skills
· Adaptable, flexible and happy to roll your sleeves up, you're equally as happy to help us unpack boxes as you are to present to 200 people on stage
· Thorough understanding of the Stolen brand and positioning
· Social media savvy
· RSA qualifications
