Bacardi Lion’s team of four brand ambassadors have jetted off on a South American and European educational tour that will see them visit some of Bacardi Lion’s distilleries, and attend an array of masterclasses designed to further educate them on the brand’s portfolio.

Touching down in Puerto Rico, brand ambassadors Loy Catada, Damian Kaehler, Jeremy Shipley and Sean Forsyth will head to the Bacardi distillery and museum, where they will receive a bottle of rare Bacardi Reserva Limitada, which is only available from the Bacardi store in Cantano, Puerto Rico.

Next stop is London, where a Bombay Sapphire masterclass is on the agenda, before heading to Scotland for a two-day Dewar’s whisky masterclass.

France is the next destination on the itinerary, where the four boys will experience a Grand Marnier distillery tour and a vineyard lunch in Cognac, followed by a tour of the Dom Benedictine distillery in France.

The final stop on the global tour will be Amsterdam, which will feature a visit to the DeKuyper distillery.

According to Bacardi Lion’s national on-premise manager, Paul Broadbent, the educational tour is a fantastic opportunity for the brand ambassadors to gain a deeper insight into the Bacardi Lion portfolio.

“At Bacardi Lion we are committed to the continual education of our brand ambassadors," he said. "This incredible experience is designed to reward our team, but also to offer them all an unrivalled level of education and experience about the brands that they represent.”
