A new premium alcoholic cider with a Scandinavian twist is now available in locally in three varieties.
Packaged in a 500ml glass bottle, Rekorderlig Cider is available in Pear, Apple and Strawberry-Lime, with the first two having an ABV of 4.5 percent and the latter 4 percent.
The cider is said to be made by using perfectly balanced spring water tapped at source by Sweden’s oldest brewery and combined with carefully selected fruits and berries from the Swedish countryside.
While poplar in its home country, a spokesperson said Rekorderlig Cider has taken the UK by storm and the team at Red Island Imports were proud to be importing the premium cider into Australia.
“We are looking forward to starting a ‘cider storm’ in Melbourne, followed closely by the rest of Australia,” he said.
Rekorderlig Cider is presently available at a few liquor outlets nationally – including Dan Murphy’s and First Choice Liquor – and more information on distribution and stockists can be obtained by clicking here.
The Rekorderlig range retails for $6.99 per 500ml bottle and $74.99 per case (15 Pack).
