Paramount Liquor has announced that it is opening a new warehousing facility in South Australia, which will be up and running from next week.
The new facility means that 100Proof now has a national distribution and marketing network across Australia, comprising Paramount Liquor in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, Liquid Speciality Beverages across Queensland (including Far North Queensland) and Liquid Mix in Western Australia.
The location of the facility is 43-55 Produce Lane, Pooraka, South Australia and Director Nathan Rowe told TheShout that the warehouse is full of stock and as of Monday 14 January, Paramount will be trading with customers.
“Following on from a successful launch in NSW, Paramount liquor are opening up a state-of-the-art warehouse in Adelaide to service the thriving on premise market, and increase the efficiency and reach of service to the 100Proof National accounts,” Rowe said.
“This is an exciting evolution for both Paramount Liquor and also in establishing a truly unique national foot print servicing the On-Premise for the 100Proof group.”
In a letter to suppliers last week, Rowe said: “Due to an ever-increasing demand from our supplier partners over the past 24 months, in addition to the fantastic opportunity that exists in the thriving on-premise market in Adelaide & surrounds, we have decided to open our latest warehouse in South Australia.
“This will also allow us close the loop & properly service our 100Proof national accounts, providing us with a true national footprint with the five largest capital cities now being serviced by 100Proof warehouses.”
100Proof formed in 2016 when Paramount joined with Liquid Speciality Beverages and Liquid Mix to create the independent on-premise drinks specialist. With the opening of the South Australia warehouse the company has now completed its national sales and distribution network and says it is “well positioned to help customers create an outstanding beverage offering that is crafted to their business needs”.
