The metallic range of Absolut Electrik – available in blue and silver – follows the vodka brand’s tradition of creating new end of year limited editions with cutting edge designs.
This year the twin bottle release, available in electrik blue and silver, reflects on the brand’s Absolut Nights campaign which took place around the globe.
“The energetic designs of the bottles really embody Absolut’s mission to transform the night beyond the ordinary,” says Gaia Gilardini, Absolut’s Global Communications Director. “Building on the success of our current Absolut Nights campaign, where we transformed various elements of night light in cities around the world, we are now inspiring consumers to create their own Absolut nights at home.”
Always looking to push the boundaries of creativity, Absolut created a platform that fuses ‘robot and man’ to explore the future of mixology. The idea saw users collaborate with an interactive robot to create their own personalised Absolut Electrik drinks.
Accompanied by videos of the robot mixing each drink, the brand has released a series of cocktail recipes including the Blue Mule, Neon Light, Ginger Bolt and crowd favourites House Party Punch No 1 and House Party Punch No 2.
The limited edition release sees approximately two and a half million limited edition bottles distributed worldwide with Absolut Electrik now available in Australia from selected liquor retailers.
Electrik is available in 700ml in blue and silver, each sold separately, with an RRP of $37.99.
