Australian Venue Co (AVC) has kicked off a major recruitment drive, called ‘The Great Pub Casting Call’ which is taking place across Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Wellington NZ.
The hospitality group has jobs available to those with all levels of experience and there is also the opportunity to land a job instantly and get paid training.
The Great Pub Casting Call is looking to ease the stress and time around standard job applications by encouraging those wanting to work in hospitality to drop by for a casual chat with the team. Successful applicants will be hired on the spot and can start earning money instantly by undertaking two hours of paid training on the same day.
In addition successful new recruits will also be welcomed to the AVC/NZVC family with a $100 pub voucher, free pub lunch after the interview to meet their new team and a gift bag with merch to take home.

Successful applicants will also be eligible to receive AAVC’s hiring incentive, which offers new employees a $1000 food and drink credit to use at AVC/NZVC’s 200+ pubs and bars across ANZ.
