Fine Food Australia, the Southern hemisphere’s largest food industry expo, is returning to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 5-8 September. Registration is now open.

More than 650 Australian and international exhibitors representing the food industry, including food service, hospitality, catering, bakery, retail, import, export, distribution, manufacturing and more, will exhibit the latest products, technology and services. The B2B event will also include a series of presentations and informative sessions conducted by industry leaders to educate and engage visitors with the latest industry news, trends and more.

This year the Melbourne show will include some traditional highlights and new additions to the program including:

Talking Shop
Talking Shop features entrepreneurs, industry leaders and market influencers discussing real-life examples and offering practical solutions to the issues the food industry currently faces.

Talking Trends
Returning for 2022, Talking Trends features a panel of guest speakers who will share a wealth of industry knowledge and conduct important discussions when it comes to the future of food.

The Source Kitchen
Hosted by leading food and beverage consultancy, Straight To The Source, and brand new to the show this year, sessions feature insights on Australian produce, ideas and provenance through interviews, ingredient spotlights, and industry workshops with farmers, artisans, and innovators, as well as the year’s must-see food demonstrations.

ACF Culinary Challenge
This competition attracts chefs, trainees, and apprentices annually from around Australia. Watch these talents showcase their skills as they compete against the clock – and each other. This year will feature the National Apprentice Competition, ACF Most Outstanding Chef, National Secondary Schools Challenge, plus the chance to get involved in a yum cha challenge.

Innovation in Patisserie
With leading pastry chefs conducting masterclasses on desserts, cakes and more, the Innovation in the Patisserie Stage is not to be missed by anyone wanting to learn about new techniques.

The Social
Designed especially for visitors and exhibitors to relax and mingle in the middle of the busy show floor, The Social is a new dedicated space devoted to networking.
